Chief Executive Officer
Rudy joined ApartmentData.com in September 2014 as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to ApartmentData.com, Rudy was an Executive Partner with Salt Creek Capital, a private equity firm based in Menlo Park, CA; and has served as a senior executive at a number of technology firms in Silicon Valley, California. He has a BS, Computer Engineering and BA, Economics from the University of Michigan; and a MBA and MS Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
Founder and Chief Technical Officer
John founded ApartmentData.com in June 1986 and has served as the Chief Technical Officer since the company’s inception and was the Chief Executive until Rudy joined the company in September 2014. John was one of the early pioneers in the nascent field of market intelligence and computerized apartment locating tools for the multifamily industry. Prior to starting ApartmentData.com, John was a Research Engineer with Exxon Production Research in Houston, Texas. John has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with Honors from Texas A & M University.
Bruce joined ApartmentData.com in 1995 as Vice President of Sales and currently serves as Company President. Bruce is the public face of the company and is a well known and highly sought after speaker/expert by property management firms, owners, investors and brokers. He is frequently quoted in industry periodicals and newspapers and is a past member of the Houston Apartment Association’s Board of Directors and past President of HAA’s Product Service Council. Prior to joining ApartmentData.com, Bruce was the Regional Sales Manager for Network Multi-Family Security, Inc. Bruce has a BA in pre-law and accounting from Auburn University.
Regional Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Cindi Reed joined ApartmentData.com, in 2014. Cindi has over 35 years in the multifamily industry across multiple markets and an active participant in local, state and national apartment association events. She is currently 2nd Vice Chair, Texas Apartment Association Product Services Council. She is the 2012 recipient of the TAA Olin Steele Lifetime Achievement Award and the 1999 Austin President’s Award. She is also a National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) certified instructor. Cindi attended the University of Texas at Austin – Red McCombs School of Business where her studies were focused on Real Estate Finance.
