The Atlanta market conditions between March 31 and November 30 of this year included unique figures, including an overall rebound in rent price trends. “Absorption is where there is a real story here,” Reed said, discussing how Atlanta absorbed nearly 3,000 units more this year than last year before the pandemic. “We’re really doing a good job of absorbing what we’re delivering.”
